1. What is service offering from EasyGov?

EasyGov is a marketplace for Government services. Our service offering has two parts- Empowering People - We provide information about government services in most concise and direct information. It includes all information about services - Details of service, Government Fees, Service Level, Office where to apply and process. This is free! Delivering Convenience - We will work on your behalf to get any service from Government. You just need to apply online and make payment from your home irrespective of Government of mode of accepting payment and application you can make an online payment. You just need to select service and upload photo, ID and Address proof once. We will fill up the Government form and will visit your home to get your signature. We will submit the application in office online or in hard copy as the case may be, collect the outcome from office and deliver at your home. The convenience charges for service where only a visit is required to Government Office is approximately 300 and 500 if multiple visits are required. In some cases we also add professional services charges where we need services from advocate or CA.

2. How does it work?

Just visit www.easygov.co.in and login using Gmail or FB credentials to apply for any service. Select State, District and Name of Service you wish to apply for.  Upload photo, ID and Address proof if not done already and make online payment irrespective of Government of mode of accepting payment and application you can apply and pay online. We will fill up the Government form and will visit your home to get your signature. We will submit the application in office online or in hard copy as the case may be, collect the outcome from office and deliver at your home. 3. Who can apply for services on EasyGov?

Any Indian citizen can apply for services provided by EasyGov.

4. Is EasyGov a Government Organization or has been authorized by Government?

EasyGov takes authorization from you to represent you in Government Offices. The authorization (Hyperlink this with actual authorization letter template) is limited to particular service request and becomes null and void as soon as service is processed.

5. How EasyGov is different from middlemen?

Middleman charge people based on information gap and connect n Government office to get job done quickly whereas EasyGov offers both these services at no charge. The complicate process to make more money out of client whereas EasyGov objective is to simplify government services. We charge for working on your behalf. Our charges are based on cost of effort incurred by our office executive. Our approach is process driven and people driven period.

9. What is the amount charged?

EasyGov charges two types of fees. 1. Government Fees – Government Fees is the prescribed fees set up by the government to avail any schemes/services. This fees is the exact amount as charged by the government. 2. Convenience Fees – Easy Gov charges convenience fees ranging between 400-600 depending upon the type of service.

10. Are there any hidden charges on EasyGov.co.in (Tax, Service Charge)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you avail a service from EasyGov. The prices listed for all services are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our service pages are exactly what you pay for any service.

11. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

12. Can I cancel a service request?

Yes, you can cancel a service request within 24 hours of placing a service request or at the time of receiving call from EasyGov Executive, whichever is earlier. Your complete amount will be refunded to you with 15 working days. Kindly call our customer care number mentioned of our website or to know the latest update on your service and cancellation charges if any. For cancellation of request you have to call our customer care executive.

13. Will my Money be refunded? How will I get my money back?

Yes, your amount will be refunded. Upon authorization of your cancel request, we would be happy to return your amount and the same will be credited back to your bank within 15 working days.

14. What is the guarantee for my service delivery?

EasyGov has always kept customer satisfaction its priority. EasyGov guarantees delivery for all its services within a certain duration of time depending upon the type of service. However since government procedures sometimes takes little more time. In such cases EasyGov informs its customers with a regular update of the progress on their service request.

15. What if government doesn’t approve of my service request?

In case government doesn’t approve the service request due to incorrect details/documents provided by the user. EasyGov will not be able to refund any kind of amount to the customer.

16. In which states are the services available?

Easy Gov currently provides its services in Delhi and NCR, covering major areas like Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad, and Noida.

17. Can I avail any other service other than listed services?

Yes, to avail any other service other than services listed on EasyGov, Kindly call our customer care expert to place your service request.

18. Can I request for an on demand runner for any of my bank/official/government related work?

Yes, EasyGov provided an exclusive runner on Demand. Where an EasyGov expert will be available on demand for any official/Bank/Government work. Charges for on demand runner will be according to the service request and time duration. Kindly call our customer care expert to place your service request.

19. How do I make a payment for any service?

EasyGov offers multiple methods to make payments for your applied service: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. EasyGov and our trusted payment gateway Citrus Payment Gateway use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. If you have any problem with our Payment gateway, please contact us.

20. What do I do if any service I want is not available?

21. How do I know status of my service request?

You can track the status of your service request by logging in to your EasyGov account. You can further call our team of experts for any update.
